Allentown residents can look forward to celebrating several new projects in 2024 and The Waterfront was named in the top five most anticipated projects of the year by The Morning Call. The Waterfront, located in the River Wards in Allentown, is part of the growing transformation in the district. Developers see the success of other waterfront areas around the country and the potential that Allentown’s waterfront has for a vibrant new neighborhood including restaurant, retail, residential and office space. This growing neighborhood is made even more achievable by the addition of Riverside Drive through the area.
