Shimer House Featured On Historic Tour

Jaindl Properties is once again proud to be featured on the West Park Civic Association’s Historic West Park House Tour!

Located at 1519 W Hamiton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, The Shimer House was purchased by Mark and Zachary Jaindl in 2011. The father-son team launched a two-and-a-half-year renovation to restore the historic property to its original grandeur and later adopted the property as the company’s headquarters.

“Featured properties include the Shimer Mansion, a meticulously restored property on Hamilton Street. Built in 1907, it was constructed with turn-of-the-century Victorian architecture for Alexander Shimer, one of the founding members of Lehigh Portland Cement. Jaindl Properties bought the mansion in 2011 and completed its restoration in 2013 and use it as the company headquarters.”

Jaindl Properties is proud to work alongside and support the West Park Civic Association, which works to showcase the district’s historic homes and architectural gems.
