H7 Offices

In 2019, Jaindl Properties secured a lease for the first floor of the Lehigh County offices at the corner of Hamilton Street and Seventh Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Working closely with MKSD Architects (Allentown, PA) and Serfass Construction (Allentown, PA), Jaindl Properties converted the former office into high-end neo-industrial office space for Jaindl Properties, The Waterfront, and Vault 634 leasing and sales efforts.

The offices, located at the corner of Hamilton and 7th Street, were named “H7“. Today, the offices are equipped with sales centers, an executive-level conference room, and a luxurious hospitality foyer.
